What we collect

If you create an account we store your email, display name and a salted password hash. If you submit a tool we store the details you enter. We record anonymous click counts on outbound links and an anonymous vote token in a cookie so you can upvote without an account.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you log in and a random vote-id cookie when you upvote. Advertising partners such as Google AdSense may set their own cookies to show relevant ads; you can opt out at adssettings.google.com. Analytics, where enabled, is aggregated and does not identify you.
